Oven Fried Chicken Breast, this is my personal family favorite recipe


Oven Fried Chicken Breast

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 3 strips

5 T grapeseed, coconut or avocado oil

1 cup white whole wheat all-purpose flour

1 T. seasoning salt

½ t. pepper

2 t. paprika

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 400 F. Place oil on a large baking sheet (personally, I use stoneware for this receipe) so that it can heat for about 10 min.

2. Add flour, season salt, pepper and paprika in a large Ziploc bag.

3. Add 3 pieces of chicken at a time and shake like CRAZY to coat. Take out baking sheet

4. Place coated chicken strips on the baking sheet leaving space between each strip or it won’t get crispy.

5. Bake 10-12 min, flip chicken with a pair of tongs, then bake another 10-12 minutes or until inside is cooked through.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy. I like to serve with a hearty veggie salad and baked sweet potatoes
